A little rain… okay, maybe A LOT of rain… isn’t stopping our Farmers Market vendors!
I just took this video as the storm was rolling into Downtown Perrysburg, and I have to give some serious credit to the vendors who are still out here.
They knew the weather might get rough today, and they still showed up with fresh, local products and everything they prepared for our community.
Hopefully this storm does its thing and moves along QUICKLY!
Once it passes, come back downtown and show some love to these brave vendors who stuck it out. Grab something fresh, local, delicious, and let’s make their effort worth it!

Today is a very special and bittersweet day for us. After 7 years, today is Megan’s last day with Cocina de Carlos and Lupita’s.
Megan started with us as a busser while she was still in high school. When she went away to college, she continued coming back during summer and winter breaks to work with us as a server.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow from a high school student into a confident, capable young woman. With all the experience and knowledge she gained along the way, there were even days when Megan became “the boss of the herd” and helped keep everyone on track!
Seven years creates a lot of memories, and we are truly going to miss having her as part of our team. At the same time, we’re very happy for her and excited to see where this next chapter takes her.
If you’d like to wish Megan good luck, stop by today! She’ll be outside at our DORA Station.
Thank you for seven wonderful years, Megan. We’re proud of you, we’ll miss you, and you’ll always be part of the Cocina de Carlos & Lupita’s family. ❤️ ...
