Tonight we’re bringing together coastal Mexican flavor and iconic tequila.
TACOS GOBERNADOR
A legendary taco from Sinaloa, traditionally made with sautéed shrimp, melted cheese, and bold seasoning.
The name “Gobernador” comes from a famous moment when this taco was served to a state governor and instantly became a classic.
Ours are served on a griddled flour tortilla, topped with our house cilantro salsa, and paired with a side of purple cabbage tossed with crema for balance and freshness.

We created this dish as a way to honor and thank the previous owners of this restaurant, Casa Barron. We will always carry a deep appreciation for them, for the kindness they showed us and the support they gave during the early days of this transition and transformation.
We are not them, and we would never compare ourselves to what they built.

Exciting to see Phase 2 of downtown revitalization moving forward!
Looking forward to the improvements on Louisiana Ave and what this means for businesses, residents, and the future of Perrysburg. Great opportunity for the community to stay informed.The City of Perrysburg invites residents, business owners, and property owners to attend the Downtown Perrysburg Revitalization Phase 2 Open House on Thursday, Feb. 5, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Inside the Five Barrel Room (127 W. Third Street).
The open house will share plans and the project timeline for Phase 2 of the Downtown Perrysburg Revitalization Project, which focuses on improvements to the 100 and 200 blocks of Louisiana Avenue to enhance infrastructure, accessibility and the downtown streetscape.
Representatives from the City of Perrysburg and the Perrysburg Area Chamber of Commerce will be available to answer questions and discuss the project.
